Docuserve
I guess I am one of the ones that believed them to pay as they have always done so within 45 days. They now owe me $300.00. I can't get them to answer a phone so I sent a letter to them as well as the BBB. The BBB called me and informed me that they would be contacting Docuserve and usually they have paid in the past once that was done. So far no luck. Also I told Docuserve I would be sending a letter to their Title Companies asking them to think twice about using a company that is practicing fraud with their Notaries. I say if we can't get paid lets put them out of business.

Michelle, I believe Johnny will file personal and business bankruptcy. He has no intention of paying any one.
Try a collection agency, they will take a portion for their collection efforts, something is better than nothing.

Re: Docuserve Report them to the FBI
OK - to all you naysayers, here's an email I just received from IC3. I'll let you know what happens...BTW, this was sent to three of us.
I received all of your IC3 complaints. I spoke with Docuserv today and provided your information to them. They said the problem is they were not paid for the document signings by the Mortgage Companies. They said they would try and resolve this matter with you. Please contact me if you do not hear from them within the next week or two. Contact me with any questions you have.

BBB F.. We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
