Equifax Settlement Service lowballers . . .

Got a call to do a Saturday closing for a whopping $40.00 for overnight docs. Told her my fee is $xxx. Said she would try to get it approved and call back. I don't think I'll hear from them. Shame on the notary who is taking the assignment.

Check out some of these knuckleheads on Craigslist

There are a couple in Philly that do mobile notary for $10. That includes the stamp charge.
