That's the American Way!!

And, sadly enough, pretty consistent with what's going on in corporate America. I read somewhere that about 20 or so years ago, the typical CEO made about 40 times the average worker's salary in his company. Today, it's more like 400 times! I'd say that is a bit out of control...
