First RM last night

It was actually fairly simple with few notarizations. The Note was a funny looking beast from what I'm used to seeing. According to Borrowers, 1st part was done with Title Co. while I was able to get a full fee for the 2nd part.

Congratulations. RM's are not difficult. It is a growing market, and I'm doing a significant no. of RM's each month.
