I found one small thread on them from back in November - not alot of people at that
point in time contributed to the question -
I got a call from them today - they say they are the Title Company so they can "Cut out
the Middle Man" and pay the Notary more.. And the offer was $90, maybe $100.00.
I was like, What??
They arent in the area of companies listed here on NotRot - I checked.
I dont think I should add them since I havent actually done any work for them.
I don't think I probably will..

I got the same deal offered to me. I mentioned since they didn't know my work, I would do one closing for them ( refi) and if they were happy with the job, we would nogtiate higher fees for future assignments. I'll let you know how easy the transaction goes. They pay out for services on the 15 and 30th of each month so payment is supposed to be quick. It helped that I had little to no travel involved.
