Goodbye for Now

I am getting married Saturday night on a moonlight cruise on the St. Johns River in Sanford, Florida. He is a retired Sgt/Major in the Army. We were neighbors when we were young and he joined the Army and I got married. We ran into each other a while back and he is a widower and I am a widow. I am retiring and this will be the first time in over thirty years that I haven't worked almost every day of my life. I will miss all of you and I wish you the best in these difficult times.

Thank you all for the kind words. I have followed all of you and your stories and laughed when you laughed and cried when you cried. I feel as though I know most of you even though we have never met. Yes, love is grand and especially so when in what my sister calls "the winter of our lives". I told her to speak for herself. (She is 10 years younger). I always have to laugh when Maureen (NH) referred to her "gentleman friend". Well, you can't hardly say "boyfriend" at this stage.

I started to name the names of all the ones whom I have learned so much from and I was afraid I would leave someone out.
