Here we go again BooBoo!

Waiting for docs to arrive, needed to leave here 30 minutes ago to make the 1 1/2 drive to the appointment.
Agency (one of the better ones) is scrambling to find the docs. I'm going to have to make THE call to the borrowers PDQ.

One agency has told me to NEVER tell the borrowers that we don't have the docs yet, so what am I SUPPOSED to tell them about being late..... or delay the call even longer to see if it gets canceled...

Sitting here doing the same thing. 5pm appt and it is now 6:25pm. Have no idea if its going tonight or not. Title has no idea either. I only have a 10 min drive though. Did 1 this morning and one at 2 and both went just fine.

Same here. Had originally scheduled for last nite...rescheduled for tonite. I can't grasp the reason why a simple refi can't be done on time. They had all day yesterday and all day today and still can't get their $hit together. Unbelievable !

I think it's a game of dominoes. Everyone is waiting for everyone else. I was supposed to have two signings tonight for my best LO client, but neither made it to escrow. May have something to do with companies now operating with minimal staff all up and down the line...
