Hopefully a good rumor
My inside source says that Placer Title is going to be honoring All Reverse Tranactions deals.
Lets hope that this is a good rumor.

National Closing Solutions schedules closings for Placer Title...they don't pay much...I wonder what they will pay for RM's.

If you have good LOs who are your friends, you might
want to let them know about payment history of TS. They listen.

Well, that's too bad - I won't be accepting any jobs from
Title Stream, as their reputation is so bad and I myself had one heck of a time getting paid by them in 2005 for two deals. They contacted me last week for an RM in my area and I told them why I could not accept the job.
They said that they are now paying directly from the file when it funds - I told them that I would have to see current positive feedback commensurate with the amount of existing negative feedback before I would even consider accepting a job from them.

So that the borrower can finish out. I would think that
if your name is not listed on the HUD, that they would not pay your fee that was included in ART's cost of doing business. I hope that I'm wrong, but I cannot imagine another company paying off another's debt.
