Identifying title docs

I know that title docs include marital aff, survey aff and occupancy aff, but are there other docs that are identified as title docs? When I used to split for EFS their docs were identified by their name being on them, but some Title companies do not identify their docs with their name printed on them directly. So, I am guessing that standard docs that have to do with the property itself are called title docs. Now that does not include every affidavit in a package does it? Just wanna know.

Thanks

Title docs are those prepared by the title company that are

not required by the lender. Often there is an owner's affidavit, instructions for disbursement of proceeds, identity certification docs. In my experience, occupancy affidavits are more often than not part of the lender docs. Most lenders include some affidavits in their docs.

Also, for packages sent via edocs, the title docs are often sent in a separate attachment.

Some people also use the term "title docs" for those docs that must be signed by a non-borrowing owner or spouse like the DoT, TIL and NoRTC.
