Why not it has been practiced by lawyers for years?
You just keep going and hope to find the deepest pockets available. Now your chances of succeeding are very slim, for you have nothing to prove that BofA made any promises to you at all.
In my mind we all roll the dice and most of the time we win and sometimes we come up craps. This is one of those times.
