LIA Signings, Inc. and other no-pay companies
I think it's time that a group of us join in a joint request to the US Attorney in WI to investigate LIA for violations of the RICO Act. Intentionally making agreements for services without ever intending to make payment by these no-pay SS has got to stop, and maybe, just maybe this is the way to finally accomplish this.
I think a good sampling of Notaries across the country who have been cheated out of their agreed fees might cause the US Attorney to start an investigation leading to prosecution and conviction.
I do my job accurately and professionally according to the agreement with the SS, but I'm tired of intentionally not being paid by the SS as a way of maximizing profits for the SS.
Google "RICO" if you don't know what I'm talking about.

you haven't been doing your homework my dear...
One of the great tools from NotRot is their 'search' button...that wonderful little button let's you search out companies that are good/bad/ugly.
Had you done your search on Lia Signings, before you accepted the job, you would've been bombarded with nothing but negative ratings about them and probably would've passed on their low paying a$$ gigs.
Which brings me to this, why are you working for low ballers like them anyway? They always offer to pay me like $40 bucks for a mod, then I send them to a real hot place!? Was is it worth it now?
What we all should do instead of banning and contacting the US attorney, is to sign a blood pledge to NEVER WORK FOR LESS THAN WE ARE WORTH....(ewwww, I know a bit much, ain't it)
You wasted your time by working for them....so sorry...

Yes count me in. I am working on getting my money which was not pennies ($215.00) and when I took the job I had worked for them before and was paid so I had no reason to doubt.
