Legal Paper

I usually purchase my paper through Staples, with their free delivery for orders over $50. The case of legal paper is about $55....I live in the Seattle area and have checked out the "orange" search button...didn't know if anyone has any sources that can beat that price. I'd very much appreciate your suggestions. Thanks.

I'm not familar with what stores are in Seattle. However, paper is almost less than 1/2 of the cost at Walmart, Sam' Club, Costco's, or Kinkos than it is at Staples in California.

This will put you on their home page where you will notice promotion code for $5 off your order of $50+ and free s/h. You find paper through search of legal paper.

Thanks so much for your suggestions. I appreciate it. Costco (in the Seattle area) just quoted me $36.55 per case, so that's a great savings versus Staples. This forum is a great resource, so thank you all for taking the time to share your perspectives.

Also, you might want to try FedEx Kinkos. Last time I ordered, I bought 15 reams (@$3.55/ream), cheaper than Costco - and free delivery (over $50?) Here is the link (I learned about it here): http://officeproducts.fedexkinkos.com/ce/shop/smart_search.p_load_page_s?item_search_in=XER3R2051

(hope it works...)

Costco is my #1 source for paper--letter & legal. It is a good price & the paper is good.
I've had problems with HP papers (curling & jamming) and won't buy that again.

When I bought from FedEx, I got Xerox paper & haven't had any problems. Maybe they changed suppliers?

Find a wholesaler

I pay $28 a case for legal, far below Staples prices. Several of us went togeather and we purchase 15-20 cases at a time. We do have to go pick them up but well worth the savings. Check with the other notaries in your area and form a paper co-op. Then look for wholesale paper companies in the yellow pages or on the internet. Also check with companies that sell copiers, they sometimes have a source of wholesale paper.
