Lender First Choice

Does anyone know whether Lenders First Choice has closed it's doors?

Here is an Out Of Office Reply I got from Laura Campos at Lender First Choice: "Will be out of the office as the company is no longer"

I have tried calling all 4 of their offices in Simi Valley, Ca, Frisco, TX, Greenwood Village, Co, and Longwood, FL. and there was noone answering the phone. I even tried to call their Sales Office number with no luck. Besides, if they were still open at least they'd have someone answering the Sales line.

Be aware!

Had a signing scheduled for later today. Just got a call from LFC out of CO. informing me they are closing down immediately, not to go to the signing, call borrower to cancel and refer borrower back to lender. At least they were courteous enough to call...another one bites the dust....

SHI>>>> I did a job for them the day before the bounced

check post. Always a good company in the past. Guess thats another one I'll never collect. I'm getting real tired of working for free.

I just saw the mention of LFC in the Mercury Thread. This really bits. they owe me over $400. I'll never see that money.

Here are the few Closed-up Signing Services:

1) Express Financial Services
2) Loan Signers, Inc (
3) Signature 1
4) Alden-Enterprises
5) Thomas Siriani
6) Golden Sage
7) Signatures Plus

These are just the one's I've been unfortunate enough to have outstanding amounts due. There are dozens of other Signing Services I've worked for in the past who are now out of business, but they didn't owe me anything at the time they went under.

I sure hope the good ones stay around.

All those Notaries who are expecting to get paid from LFC are ass out. Looks like I have to make a trip to there office in Simi Valley and go shake them down G-style. Anyone looking to collect money owed please give me a call @ (714) 253-3480. I'll do my best to collect your money which will include a small recovery fee. Looks now that I'm in the shark business.

I got a call from them yesterday afternoon

for a signing for today, she was going to call back IF she could get my fee Ok'd. I really didn't expect the callback, but she obviously didn't know anything at that point!

I got a call for a CW, everything faxed back. They didn't want to meet my fee, I wasn't in the mood and bumped it up a bit----Thank goodness.
