I haven't done one yet but I looked tru sample docs on their web site. It looks like a "normal" loan pkg we are used to. The LO's aren't to excited about them...a lot of hoops to jump tru. My problem with IREP, besides them cutting their fees, is doing a loan with insurance. The application takes longer to fill out than closing the loan. and it's changed for the worse...like listing all medications and reason for the past 5 years. I am about to inform IREP that my fee has increased. Won't be much of a loss. They have been doing about 1 a month. They used to be one of my best customers.
