NDWA signings - anybody getting paid?

I have been out on one of his signings since March and have emailed and faxed many times. Andy is a great guy but I want my money!

I have one out from April, I have called and left 2 messages and no return call. I have e-mailed and still no response. I have done signings for him in the past and paid in 60 days.

I am so sorry to hear this. Andy has always been forthright in my dealings with him. I have never closed a loan for his company, but can only speculate that the recent CW turn caused a major mishap in his business.

Andy, as a friend and an associate, I ask you to please be forthright with the ones you contracted with. You had an outstanding reputation and you were one of the good guys, please don't let your reputation falter. I understand the difficulties in admitting you may have gotten in over your head, but I also understand getting in too deep. Batman, don't disappear.

Do the right thing and communicate with the vendors you owe.

I still have much respect for you. Please, do the right thing.

And, call me anytime you need to talk.

No dealings with NDWA, but have seen too many SS that CW has worked over and have heard a SOX-like story or two that would curl your hair.

Not saying one bad thing about Andy here...but a general comment undirected toward Andy...IN MY OPINION - - - -if signing services didn't feel so entitled to such a large piece of the pie this wouldn't happen to them.

Whether they meant to OR not, they did in fact, play notaries for fools... taking so much of the fee...they didn't do unto others, they did only unto themselves and FOR themselves...and they lived on their gross rather than their a reasonablle net amount.

Their sense of entitlement choked them when the pipeline went dry.

$50 is plenty to take for making a phone call and writing a check. THAT amount would have been a FAIR amount.

Taking more IMHO got poor business/money managers in too deep and too greedy for more.

They make me sick just like sales people do who rip off the unsuspecting...like my mom the first time she went to buy a car after my step-dad died. Sick with greed.

It's my opinion and I am entitled to it.
