Weird, they were based out of the Sacramento area and went out of business earlier this year. I wonder what Notary Express this is? I am confused. That number you showed is from the Walnut Creek area in the East Bay Area. I wonder who they are?

We are not associated with Notary Express out of Sacramento. NotariesExpress is a completely different signing company.
We have been in Walnut Creek for a little over a year and prior to that in Vallejo for about 2 years.

I did a signing back in July. After calling and calling for my money, I finally got the answer that the loan did not fund and they do not pay for non-funded loans. Of course THEY do get paid. So...notaries beware!

I've always been paid, and have worked with Svitlana for over a year. They DO disclose on each and every confirmation that they do not pay when files don't close because They don't get paid on files that don't close.
Most of signing companies and title companies Don't pay if escrow falls out.
