Docs for two closings withing the past 40 days were sent to First Source Title in Independence, OH. Has anyone had dealing with them?

Finally got paid on 7/22/08!

Signing on 6/6/08, paid on 7/22/08. ....after an e-mail outlining some counter measures I would have to take.
