I have accepted a signing for them for 07/10/08, Do they pay in a reasonable amount of time? Anyone have any feed back?

I did two loan for Alissa one in April 08 and another one in May 08 if you are not in the same area she will give you the run around about payment. She talks very nice but if you look at the BBB for her area you will see that payment is very very very slooooooooow. It took 90 days for her to pay after I reported her company to the BBB and the SOS only after I reported her.

Good luck getting Alissha to respond to any calls or emails after you do the signing. I did one for them 2 weeks ago that was full of problems from the broker's end. Borrowers wouldn't sign 1st time out - when I called and left a message for Alissha she never bothered to respond. Escrow Officer called me direct to get job done 2nd time around. Told me her contract was with PD and she would expect them to pay me for the second trip out. She couldn't reach them either. PIA and would NEVER work for them again. Anticipate major problems getting paid for both closings. If so, Escrow Officer will get another call about lack of payment.

She owes me for a closing on May 3 and I have not received a cent. Alissa will be so nice to you on the phone that butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, but it's all show. I've e-mailed never received a reply, and have tried calling, but she and the other one - Stephanie - will not answer their phones.
I would not work for them again.
What is the "SOS" someone else mentioned

I have heard things about them such as the answers in this post, but I have always found them good to work with, no hand holding, sometimes a bit slow to pay, but reliable. would work with them again gladly.

I did a job for them in June of 2008 and have not been paid. And no one returns phone calls.
