Same owner as Final Step

Gary Plummer owner of the now defunct Final Step in Eldersburg, MD is now operating as Reliable Settlements. I'd stay far, far away.

Got a call from them about 2 weeks ago...and called back and told them to find a new notary. If you search you will see the post that I posted. One attorney said that they were paid- go figure they are an attorney!!! I would not risk it!!! JMO
