Can't figure out their payment schedule. One I was paid in 60 days, then the next one was 30 days and now I'm at 60 days for another one. They do pay, but no rhyme or reason to their schedule. I know it doesn't help much, but that's my story.

I think they pay on the last day of the month following the month you did your signing in. In other words, anything that gets done in July they will pay at the end of August. So if you were to have a job today and one on July 30, they would mail the check for both on or about August 31st making it possible to take either 60 or 30 days ... Anyway, that's what I figured out working for them. It's been a while, though, as they have been unwilling to meet my fee.

They've always met my fee. I'm not sure what their payment schedule is. I've had to remind them a few times, but they've always come through.

About Flex Agents Signing Team
I can't tell you how quickly FAST pays, but I can tell you they DO pay.
I cleaned off my desk yesterday and today (it took two days; I found evidence that Jimmy Hoffa may be buried in there, but that's another story). In the pile of stuff was a check from Flex Agents for $195, dated in February. It had no borrower's name on it. My account records show no Flex Agent closing.
What does the responsible signing agent do under such circumstances? Des he send the check back with a note? Does he email a query? Does he telephone?
I don't know what the responsible signing agent does in such circumstances. I know that this signing agent dropped everything and beat it to the bank to deposit the check.

Re: About Flex Agents Signing Team
Make a copy, deposit it, then call and ask them to refresh your memory since there's no client name on it and you just found the check under Jimmy???...<G>?
BTW....I started cleaning my desk today....I may challenge you on Jimmy Hoffa ... not sure what's under there but it COULD be him...
