Some one dropped the ball

Had a signing on Sat, the bo was a truck driver passing through..I was instructed to send docs to his wife in an atty state, ok easy enough..I get call from bo on Tues..where are the docs?? SS called where are the docs? They cant find them on Fed Ex tracking. I find them on the tracking system they were delivered to correct destination, just mins before..

Good, a few mins. later, bo calls me and asks who is going to help my wife sign these?? It is now 3:45 pm and they don't know what to do with these docs. I told him to call the LO. (RTC involved.) I tried several times to reach the SS by phone and email and no one ever got back to me! Just part of this wonderful business we are in..
