Stewart Lender Services e-mail

Just received an email looking for notaries because of the onboarding of several high volume clients that may cause a large influx of orders. Anyone else get this? They are "no or slow pay" am I correct? Worth signing back up with them? I did signings for them last year but I'm reading things have changed. Any feedback as to payments lately? Thanks!

I haven't worked for them for a long time but my friend in Florida has and hasn't had any problems getting paid however they are low balling just like NREIS. They use the NREIS database for closing agents.
