TCC The Closing Company, Sunny Isle, FL

Has anyone else had any problems with NON-Payment isses from Matt Prossen or Sean Dimon from The Closing Company? When I googled Matt Prossen, I found Adrian's message from September of 2007 having problems with Mr. Prossen. With the similar situation. I received an email the other day, from M. Prossen VIA another email "payments@thecosingcompany" to direct any non payment issues to this email, stating "he was going through hard times, and he was closing his company" and that many companies are not paying him, so it is hard to pay "the notaries", ME! After responding, he replied from his Verizon Blackberry, that he was closing his "biz", used same words as he did with Adrian. When I called the title company, they stated TCC had been paid back in May. Both these men seem to scam the Notaries, and since many will give up and lose the money, I do not plan to do so. Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with these men and this company, considering they own 5 companies in Florida, it is hard to believe they are closing.!!!!????

There are many posts the week alone re: this company. Since I haven't worked for them, I really didn't pay attention other than to note to self not to work for them. Use the back button, scroll down - you will find the comments.

This guy is a scammer, he has done this before to other Notaries, using the same excuse, that he is closing his company or he doesnt get paid by the Title companies, when in fact he does get paid, but just does not want to pay the Notaries that make him look good. Go to:

I did not know, until AFTER I received his email and starting googling him for info. and spoke to Adrian who had this problem last year, Just joined Notary Rotary a couple of months ago. So I did not know about this forum. Which TCC read also, even though Matt Prossen says he doesn't care about anything said on "some website" in his last email
