I'm glad I got paid too. He promised big fees and stated that he believed in "taking care of his notaries". I was like wow, keep the closings coming. I like this. Of course when it came time to be paid, it was a different story. I had to hassle them for like 2 months I think, but I did get paid. I feel sorry for anyone that is still waiting on payment. Received the email yesterday that they were closing their doors effective immediately!
