The posts aren't all that clear.

Re: Three threads? I think you made your point, Jenny

She can make her point anytime. She has that right to keep folks in the know. I remember I had to deal with this idiot and raise caine many times in the forum until I finally got paid. You remember he called me a liar and a cheat, but we know who it really was, and this goes to prove the point. Let her say all she wants. I notice you post quite a bit and no one tells you to back off.

There's a difference between keeping people in the know

and excessive posting (a/k/a "noise) - 3 new threads with the same info on the same topic within 90 minutes is, IMO, excessive - and I think that's what Sylvia was trying to convey. MHO

Re: There's a difference between keeping people in the know

She is mad, and she has a right, but I would post one or two a day until I got paid. I would post on the other notary sites also.

But why?

Posting here twice a day is not the answer, but bugging Matt would be good. I actually am not happy with him either because one of his title companies didn't pay their UPS bill and I had to pay it. But that's my problem.

He reads this, thats why.

Why would he even care? He's closing the doors.

What more damage could be done? She should use all available avenues, (small claims, etc.) By all means she should post about it but not 3 times in 90 minutes. Its just not necessary.

Three threads all in a row is not necessary is all Sylvia was trying to say. I am pretty sure Sylvia has never posted 3 threads of the same subject in a row.

Re: Three threads? I think you made your point, Jenny

Thank you CassieSmile
Nope, the only time I would post three threads in a row is if a button got stuck and the message went out three times.

Other than my "Good Morning" posts I don't usually start threads, but do respond to them.

You're welcome!

And I know that, I think maybe this is a touchy subject for Adrian (rightfully so, I might add) because he had such a hard time with Matt and The Closing Company. I hope you and your hubby are doing well!

Re: You're welcome!

Bruce is doing fine. I have some problems - doctors and hospital every single day last week.
Monday got to get a CT scan - they did give me a lovely (NOT!) Mixed Berry Smoothie to drink an hour before I get it done. I am on a nebulizer three times a day at the moment. And the reason for the CT scan is they found a lesion on my right kidney when they did an ultrasound on Thursday. Also had to have an overnight oximetry study.
Sorry - probably more than you wanted to know.

Not at all Sylvia.

I'm glad to hear Bruce is doing well and sorry to hear things aren't so good for you. I'll keep you in my prayers, you take care of yourself, I know you'll be just fine.

Re: Three threads? I think you made your point, Jenny - Oz

Posting the same thing over and over only irritates members.

Yes, I post quite bit, but not the same thing over and over. It isn't going to get her paid any sooner if at all. If the company in question sees her posts, they will most likely just ignore it.

"She can make her point anytime. She has that right to keep folks in the know."

No she can't, and no she doesn't. All that does is increase what we used to call (in the pre-Internet days) the signal-to noise ratio... At best people will stop listening, and at worst they'll get pissed off and start attacking her.

Make your point and move on; we all got it the first time...

Re: Three threads? I think you made your point, Jenny

Wait to you don't get paid and deal with someone who calls you a liar and cheat on the forum. How dare anyone to tell me not to post. When someone attacks my credibility, I'm coming at them full blast with both barrels, and I don't care what it takes. You just don't know what I went through. Maybe you ought to research past posts and you will see. Scam artists at work is all they are.

Re: Three threads? I think you made your point, Jenny

I agree w/ you Oz! The woman is trying to get PAID!!!! People post about their garden & the kids in school...duh???? At least what she posted IS relevant - the other stuff can be posted in private but nobody complains - LIGHTEN UP folks!!

Question: is this the same The Closing Co. from North Miami Beach? I called (877) 848-5366 - theyre in Miami - even they're not sure (I spoke to Johanna)

They owe me also & despite what Matt posted about paying everyone, I haven't rec'd a dime, despite sending 4 emails (2 to a/cs payable & 2 to him)!

Thanks in advance for any help!
