Ultimate Signings

Has anyone worked for these guys in recent months? The search showed old posts with no info..Received call to do pre-closing docs for RM. Turned them down due to not meeting my fee. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Re: No doubt they didn't offer anything near $175.... which

is what Notaries were paid before this broker turned their signings over to Ultimate and OP.

Yes, we are handling one lender. But I can tell you all, their fees in the past may have been 175.00, they are paying far less to OP and most likely, Ultimate. Market-conditions force lender to make the fee adjustment. I know some of you will not agree, but that is what is the case.

BTW - I think I actually had 4 signings in my area this month - this has been a very SLOW month.

Hang in there all.

RM Mortgage are a big package with older people. They take time. But the kicker the broker gets 8,000.00 and up in just broker fees and they get paid good Title company will put 175 to 250.00 on closing statement..if you do one for a signing company you must charge and do not work for free.BofA Rm Docs are easy smaller package i still get 150.00 for BofA Docs... pre-closing docs for RM i charge the same.
