Watson Title in Virginia? If it is them, they suck!!!
I used to do searches for them when I owned a search company. They sent me over 50 recordings to do for them, never told me they were coming, expected them recorded the same day I got them, all in different areas (about 9 counties/cities), 90% of the docs had mistakes, be it money was wrong, notary parts missing, cover pges missing, whatever.
Never got paid for a sinlge one because they said we didnt do our job. HA-HA
Then after that, they never paid the outstanding bill they had for the searches we performed.
I wrote them, emailed them, even sent a complaint to their underwriter. They claim they paid us, but refused to provide a copy of a cancelled check or even a check numner or amount of what they said they had paid, or even tell us if the check cleared.
I never got a cent. Almost $1000...
