"The Closing Company" closing doors

Not sure how many of you received this email this morning. Another one bites the dust....=-(

********************

To Whom It May Concern,

The Closing Company is shutting down operations effective immediately. In this difficult market, it has been impossible to earn an income when our customers keep lowering our fees and then pay us on there own schedule.

I apologize in advance for any late/non-payments from my company. I have had to suspend all payments for the last 15 days until I collect from several customers. If we still owe you on an outstanding closing, please email, [e-mail address]

I will be reviewing all unpaid invoices over the next 60 days.

Thank you for your hardwork. As I have already mentioned to some of you, I will be passing your contact information along to our better customers so they can continue to use your services. I will only pass the contact information to those title companies that have paid us on time with a reasonable fee. I hope this helps with any economic strife we have caused you. For three years I ran a very good notary signing agency, but the last nine months have been horrific. I have covered many non-payments (from my customers) out of my "own" pocket and now it has become impossible to continue doing business.

PLEASE EMAIL THE NAME & DATE OF THE CLOSING TO THE ABOVE EMAIL ADDRESS ONLY. PLEASE SUBMIT EMAILS BY AUGUST 30.
Regards,

Matt
THE CLOSING COMPANY

Well, I am not sure because all my previous emails from him don't have his last name, however, on the company website I found this email address so it seems likely his last name is Webber. Not absolutely sure, but this email address is on the bottom of the website saying if you have any issues email to this address: [e-mail address].

Hope that helps....

NON PAYMENT OF Re: "The Closing Company" closing doors

This guy is a scammer, he has done this before to other Notaries, using the same excuse, that he is closing his company or he doesnt get paid by the Title companies, when in fact he does get paid, but just does not want to pay the Notaries that make him look good. Go to:

his verizon blackberry email is probably out of commission because now it is being sent from:
