I just did a signing for this company on 7/16 and they only identified themselves as "Dynamic". I've been nervous about getting paid from them since reading comments about Dynamic Field Solutions, didn't know if they were the same company because I never got an address (stupid!). I just called them (finally got an answer on tele #714-547-8825) and verified this company is indeed Dynamic Field Solutions at the address you note in Santa Ana. My signing was a redo from a previous notary that didn't print one attachment for borrowers to sign. The borrowers told me that Dynamic told the previous notary they were not going to pay him because he wouldn't return with the missed documents (he was booked for a redo). This made me worry about being paid myself because of this comment. After speaking to a woman just now from Dynamic she verified the address and indicated payment will be in 30 days. I'll cross my fingers now!

I would believe it if they were working out of an apartment rather than an office after hearing all the bad comments about them. They are probably in the business of fraud. I noticed on 6/23/08 there was a positive comment posted by Jason Abadie... funny, he was the person that assigned me the job on 7/16 ! There was another post in the same string from an LVnotaryman.... I'm assuming he works for Dynamic as well since the comment was positive.

I also was suckered by these people that wrote positive comments for Dynamic Field solutions..When they called me, he said DFS.It was late when I got the call, and I failed to check them out, until later...my fault. They owe me $325.00 and it looks like I'll be suing them also. And Yes, Jason works for dynamic and posted positive comments.I didn't know that until later on.

Just Google the address, it is an office building not an apartment....
