just venting a little today....

Had a signing service talk about how they offer $50 for signings plus email doc fee and that I should appreciate that fee. He explained that with the low fee, he can offer the notary more work. I told him that he was wrong and that my friends that are signing agents will not agree that this fee is fair. No one else disagreed with his statement on the board that I was on. I hate to see us bow and take the pathetic fees these signing services are offering and act like they are doing us a great favor.
I'll get off the soap box now. $50 is not fair so don't call me.

Wow! Makes you wonder what they are charging for signings!

Not only is $50 unfair it is ridiculous.

If You ever do a 50 dollar signing look at the closing statement you will see how much the signing company is making it will be low of 150.00 to high of 250.00 for the signing fee.
lower offer you take more they make.

You are doing Them a great favor.
