lia signing

just wondering if anyone has received payment from lia signing in the last 6 months? they owe me quite a bit of money and i cannot get them to pay me or return any messages. I have filed a complaint with the Wisconsin BBB and the State Department.

It's my understanding from reading other recent posts that LIA just lost their big LSI account due to all the notaries calling LSI to complain that LIA had not paid them. Have you tried contacting the TC on your deal to request assistance with securing payment from LIA?

I'll be calling the Wisconsin BBB today, also, and if I can find a phone number, I will be calling the state banking commission to give my opinion of LIA.
I'm not owed much, but it's now 3 months plus 2 days since I did their job. I've called the title company (LSI) and they said they've had lots of complaints and won't be using LIA anymore. They've solicited me directly to do their signings.
So, LIA can keep my money and I will assist in any way I can to put their lousy behinds out of business. I told them this in my most recent email to them.

I too have had to go that route to contact LSI directly, when Lia didn't pay me for 2 WAMU Mods.... I also asked LSI to send me the work directly for my area. They said sure, we will email your our vendor. I got it but, couldn't bring my self to complete it. This vendor package is over-kill in my opinion. It was more of an "application". It is 25 or 28 pages long. Has tons of references to non-complete clauses going on into the next several years, etc; Not anything I even feel comfortable signing. Pretty involved, asking for references, a background and credit check. Have any of you completed this for them?

Robin Never wait 6mos for your money.Also call LSI tell them they need to pay you and if they dont sue them.

you can not demand LSI to pay if they already paid LIA

that is silly,
you didnt have a contract with LSI, and as long as they show proof of being paid then that would be a waste of time
HOWEVER, you could offer your services to them, in your local area.
Might be able to get some business and turn this into something right?

I won't work for them ever again. Terrible. I am so surprised they are able to operate still, however, since they keep our money that could explain it...=-)
