Donna I could have shut down and I still can and you would get nothing. I'm working my butt off to pay you for signings that never funded which I lost money on. I'm $20,000 in the hole and I am taking my first paycheck and paying you. But what you did was a slap in the face. No matter what I PAY MY BILLS. Sorry it has taken so long but that's the nature of the beast. Its mortgage, a crappy business. Deal straight through me and it will be handled if not then I will fight it because I'm paying out of pocket for a job that was never totally finalized. I have proof too so just deal with me.

Hart signings is not BS. He is right. It's tough when you don't get paid how are you suppose to pay your notaries when your in the hole? That's why most companies shut down and nobody gets paid. I have worked through him and maybe it takes way longer than you wanted it to get paid but atleast he is going to pay you instead of shut down.

Perhaps this company should have working capital. Perhaps if this company's clients don't pay on no funds they would have anticipated a few no funds and have sufficient reserves because their pricing includes the intangible of no funds.

Don't know anything about this company at all but I fail to see his side here. If he intends to pay her, he should overnight the check. Anything less is a stall tactic.

positive and to slam the NSA as I find it extremely hard to believe ANY business would except such ridiculous business practices as the norm or acceptable.

Personally I would be filing court papers at this point. You have his (unprof) email rants so it is a slam dunk...........

thank you. There had been no response from him at all until the collection agency contacted him and then I got a whole bunch of lame excuses and lies . It has been 3 months since the first signing and now he is trying to act like I should just wait indefinitely for payment. Also, why is he 20,000 dollars short? Did none of the loans he contracted out fund? Please, I was born on a Saturday, but it wasn't last Saturday!
