When is NotRot going to have /sell the certificates that is advertised for CA.? Or does any one know where they can be purchased. Yes,yes, I know I could make my own.

When you do a cls. that has another States certificates and the lender says you can't cross out, what do YOU do.? I, substitue with the NY one. I have pads of certain ones and was wondering if it was possible to acquire them somewhere than where I got them originaly. Not that I use a ton of them, but it's nice to have them as a pad. (they too have a colored boarder)
