Do they do Mobile Homes? If so I’ve done several for them, they paid, but ask you to take photos inside and out

thanks Les, this is for a refi on a manufactured home, overnight docs, met my fee, didn't mention anything about photo's when we scheduled it...do they pay promptly?

They send a disposable camera with the docs

I did one for them a couple years ago, and they asked me to take certain photos with their disposable camera.
