Final Step/Reliable Settlement Services, MD

Does anyone know if there is any connection with these two companies? I saw in previous posts that Final Step had reinvented itself possibly as Reliable Signing Services, but I'm more interested in anything about Reliable Settlement Services, West Friendship, MD. There is a Gary there, but no last name given. TIA

Hmm doing a search on both business entities in MD, both status' is "Forfeited"

Check both names out here

This is what forteited in MD means,
Forfeited
For a Maryland entity, its existence has been ended by the State for some delinquency. For a non-Maryland entity it means its authority to do business and legal presence here has been terminated. For a trade name it means the filing has lapsed after 5 years and not been renewed.

I have been dealing w/Nick and Luis (no last names known) over @ Reliable, just read a post from 07 where (a) Luis had said it was his last day at Final Step....so it appears this is a reincarnation. Funny the first signing I did for Reliable Settlement I had to call to get paid and they sent me a money order, some problem with their checking acct, that should have been my first clue that there was something up with this company.
