That won't help. Left messages for the owner Kim, no response and Curtis no response. Sent emails to Cindy. Have one getting ready to hit 90 days.

aatatusko and Kathi, they are playing games with you... try completing small claims court paperwork, faxing it to Flagship with a deadline for when you will file with the court if payment is not received by that date. Then go ahead and file if they do not pay you. Flagship is located in the same state as you are, so you should have no problems with your claim.

If you wait too much longer, Flagship may fold without paying you, as we have seen so many others do recently.

Here is some info I found on the VA Bureau of Insurance website. You may wish to contact the companies that have appointed Flagship, which are Stewart Title and First American:
