Is there any way you can put your profile on vacation in Notary Rotary?

Yes,
Just go to update your profile and check Hide My Profile From Searches which is towards the end.

Then when you return remember to uncheck the box.

Click on "My Profile" then scroll down to the "Notary Details" section and click the box next to "Hide my profile from searches ".
