1st signing co.i have seen post fees on website..Still think they get paid more like 225-250 for e-signings i didnt see e-signings on list.

That is all well and good. However, the times I have asked for their business, they come back with we only use signing agencies, or are you insured for $500,000? How did you approach your current title company clients to get "in the door?'

This fee schedule listed on their website appears to be what they charge the TC for their services, not what they pay the notary. Notaries To You just called me for o/n docs in the next county over from me, and offered to pay me $65. Sorry, no can do. Nice guy, though.

Why the question?
You are very adamant about "I still have a no signing co policy! I like not having to work for free" so why do you even post a question about a signing service?
Granted, there are a lot of signing services that I do not, nor will not, work with, but there are some that pay fairly and within a reasonable time frame. I personally think your policy is cutting off your nose in spite of your face. But, to each his own.
