American Financing Corporation

In New Mexico, DO NOT conduct signings for American Financing Corporation out of Colorado, they will burn you! They DO NOT disclose to their signing agents/notary publics that if the loan does not go through the notary DOES NOT get paid, they burned me for over $300 on a signing, I went to the residence twice, 45 minutes one way! The radio runs commercials on how good this company is, however the reality is American Financing Corporation treats notaries with the lack of respect that is deserved and will burn them without thinking twice, they just move on to other desparate notaries!

Please restate the meaning of your reply, sounds like you are saying "notaries require NO respect", howver correct me if I am wrong. I just know that this company has a sour taste on many notaries mouths in NM, I wouldn't do work for them ever again, just a bunch of broken promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the quote from your original, first post. Linda referenced this quote, you missed the point. I explained, you still have missed the point. You said "with the lack of respect that is deserved"
If this is what you meant to say, we are wondering why you feel we are not worthy of respect. If this is not what you wish to say, then correct your post by inserting a word, for example, NOT, before the word deserved.

Sorry all, this is what I meant, "American Financing Corporation treats notaries with lack of respect because they do not disclose the fact that if a loan does not fund the notary does not get paid regardless if the notary conducted the signing, just not fair". In fact notaries deserved an enormous amount of respect, for their services are sometimes overlooked and not recognized as professional. Again, sorry for the confusion!
