I just received that email today as well. I like the idea, however, I am concerned about the person doing the website. Some signing agencies may get sensitive about slander issues.
I do think we need protection, however, I prefer to use the system that Notary Rotary has. They limit the amount of comments you can make so people don't go overboard. Get to the point and say what is necessary. Then you can rate it with a star rating. Simple and effective.
Having just a forum may get a little out of hand.
I am sure I will check it out as if goes to see how it is handled, but there is not much information there yet.
Just be careful what you read. A person can have a bad experience and others a good one so I am very careful about what information I read.

I think they're taking a real risk listing companies as deadbeats. Calling them deadbeats is a lot different from sharing a personal experience. Sites like this have popped up before. They don't last long before realizing that they're climbing a slippery slope.
