Don't see anything in the Div of Corporations website, either for a fictitious name filing or a corporation or LLC search.

Try a search under Blue Inc Signings. I've done a couple and they paid as agreed.

I did an annuity for BlueInc last June and had a chat with Joe while discussing fees. He stated then that he was thinking of relocating to the Tampa area. Perhaps he has? If so welcome to Florida Joe!

If he has relocated, he hasn't registered with the Florida Dept. of State. At least I can't find any listing for his company online at the Division of Corporations web site.

His web site still reflects the MD address. Funny thing is that the contact page shows phone/fax numbers in the 410 area code (MD) but the "Account Management" phone number is a 813 (FL) area code and a central Tampa prefix. So maybe a part of the service has moved.

My mentor just complained to me this morning that they paid her several months late.
