They owe me from last August!
Tee Kay called me last year and asked me if I would handle the Florida closings (I have a signing service). I agreed and spelled out my terms. I get paid as soon as the loan funds. If it is a no sign or borrower cancels I still get paid as I ALWAYS pay the signing agent full fee even if the loan doesn't fund for any reason. Tee Kay agreed that the agent should get paid and I would get paid.
In August one of my signing agents printed out docs, spent about two hours with the borrowers - loan terms were not as agreed on - and borrowers didn't sign. I paid the signing agent as agreed. Central Escrow would not pay. I have e-mailed and re-sent invoices. They ignored them. And finally I get "e-mail box full" since November.

I will not accept any more signings from them.
