Does anyone have any current info on them? Everything I read was from a year ago. Have they improved their payments?

I just got called for a signing for tomorrow and I'm not sure if I should cancel out of it.

They actually paid earlier, but paid another notary with a similar name to mine in another state. Because this notary likes to cash my checks when she receives them, (it's the 5th time, 5 different companies) it took longer to clear up the matter.

The confirmation sheet I have doesn't have an address listed. The only thing I could find was a phone number, 800-896-2727 and the name Oneida.

This is odd. I emailed Oneida and asked for the company address. She said it was 24245 Ontario Lane, Lake Forest CA 92630. But when I did a reverse address lookup at 411.com, it said that address was for Dorlene M. Kiser.

From what Ndwa said they're located in Newport Beach, CA. (See his post above). Something sounds fishy.

Could be the owner is M. Kiser and works from home, Oneida works satalite. Anyway, call Oneida, ask her for specifics

Documents out of business until they crawl out another hole

I talked to title company today and they told me that Document Asst. went out of business. They said that they stopped paying Doc. ASST. when they found out they were not paying notaries. One for the title company, at least they think about the notaries.
