Saw your blog and I don't know how to reply there. Sorry but on this one you are wrong. The people that signed these loans heard and saw exactly what they wanted. Even when they questioned things at the table a phone call to their LO reiterated what the part of the loan they wanted - initial lower interest, lower payments, cash out, whatever their situation was. They did not look at the big picture because that wasn't their concern at the time. I didn't close for inner city, uneducated people (the examples always used for Ameriquest) - the majority were in suburban areas with decent jobs and normal intelligence. I guarantee most of the people whose closings I did would not have changed one thing they did by hearing me read "the script". They all heard what they wanted and gambled - many of them made the wrong choice but one more step (the script) wouldn't have changed their minds.
