DocPros

Did one signing for them on January 18. Read some posts about check problems they have internally; however, I did not receive the email. Called Patrick everyday last week, and finally asked the receptionist why he is not returning my calls; she assured me the message will be given to him. This is the first time I have done work for Docpos; however, I have been stiffed a few times from others. Sounds like I will be stiffed from this company.......

The last time I worked for DocPros was in October 2007 and my records show it took 61 days to receive payment. I did have to e-mail them inquiring about the status of payment - it took them a week to get back to me and during that time they had mailed my check. Try e-mailing the accounting dept at: [e-mail address]

They used to pay 30 - 45 days and now it seems to be 60+ and you have to inquire where your payment is. They were always a good company to work for, but the payment issues and the lowball fee they offered the last time they called raise concerns for me.

By the way, Patrick Maue was the one who responded to my e-mail to accounting.

I've only done 2 signings for them

both in December. I had to remind them about payment and they sent it right away. Patrick was the guy who assisted me. They're still good in my book although they haven't called me lately.

I've worked for them consistently over past 2 years... payments received within 30-45 days. Have had to follow up on a couple of invoices recently however when I did, received payment within a week.

I'll continue to work for DocPros.

I experienced a slight delay (45 days) in payment, but Patrick did actually follow-up with me to confirm payment and that there was no other issues. Actually talking to someone nowadays is rare, so I appreciate his follow-up and would work for them again.
