Re: E-closers needed-How about Paypal for e-closing
Here is a silly question. If e-closings are going to be the norm will TC's and SS's go for paying via paypal or some other form of electronic payment since they want to go in that direction? Will Notary National Signers consider paying via paypal in order to guarantee that the NSA does get compensated for their work? Too many companies out there are folding and stiffing the NSA at the end.
This may have already been covered but I thought I would ask.

Watch out taking Paypal payments. They can put the money in your account and then instruct Paypal to remove it and cancel the fee as well, then your stuck with Paypal's service fees and no payment. Have a separate bank account for Paypal to deposit the money in and transfer it out as soon as you can leaving no more than $25.00 to $50.00 in the account. This was my attorney's recommendation.

I include my PayPal info on all my invoices and I've yet to see anyone use it - http://cdanielsuarez.com/pay.aspx

I'm going to ask a real close friend of mine who is in the card payment system industry again but he informed me that when setting up paypal to look out for charge backs. So to cover myself he mentioned a year ago that there was a way to stop what is termed a "chargeback". Actually he did a chargeback and mentioned he was glad the company did not know how to block it. He performs clean installs for vendors and programs their systems. If its okay with him and he tells me how to go about it. I will try my best to keep everyone posted on how to do it. If it is possible.
