Esignings-a question regarding Msg #240247....

So, the next question to put out there is....has anyone performed an esigning and if so, how did it go? What were the pros/cons, etc.?

I rec. a pkg. but didn't do the closing....not impressed..

...potential is there to turn into a rather long and painful closing. Closing instructions stipulate "Each Borrower must have the opportunity to read all the E-documents in their entirety." Another portion of the instructions suggest to review and encourage the borrowers to read both paper and E-documents.

Also, any changes needed to the E-documents during the closing could result in the need to stop the closing and print the pkg. once the docs are corrected. (Start all over)

And oh, the pkg. needing the "wet signatures" isn't nearly as small as led to believe.
I was hoping to hear from someone that had experienced it.

My understanding is the "wet" signature package is

probably about 50 pages or so (X2)...never done one but that's what I hear.

Re: My understanding is the "wet" signature package is

The one I received was 90 pages. Needless to say, it included much more than just the documents needing notarizing.
