Flagship Tittle in VA, I got paid

I did a signing on 12/27/07 and I received the check on 3/20/08. That makes it 87 days. The check was dated on 2/19/08. Post marked on 3/6/08. I have a feeling that they are not organized but they eventually pay, in my case after 6 emails. If I am not busy and they met my fee, I might accept another assignment from them. I promised them if I get paid I will post it.

Wow, it took the post office 14 days to deliver the mail from VA to MD? I've had a payment from a MD title company occasionally take about 10 days to reach me here in VA.

That's somewhat troubling that Flagship held the check for over two weeks before mailing it. Not a good sign, but I'm only coming up with 84 days from your dates (only 29 days in Feb), and 14 of that was mailing time. But 70 days to mail a check is not acceptable!

Have closed for them for 2 years, never paid before 45 days, most 60+

I agree with Sandra. According to my records, I did about 25 jobs for them and received payment once in early 2006 at 15 days. All the rest were 35 - 70 days, from 2005 thru early 2007. I don't have any recent experience with Flagship.
