I was asked to join the low ball club

I can't believe that up here in Montana where there are 3 of us Signing Agents someone would have enough guts to ask if I would do an overnight Countrywide for $40.00. I of course told this person that I don't leave my home for $40.00.
I asked the other 3 Signing Agents up here and they all turned her down. I wonder who she got to do it so cheaply?
