Just got a call from Clear Source Title

When she asked if I was available for a closing, it felt so good to say NO, They took 67 days to pay me for a closing last August. After numerous emails, phone calls pleading for my payment.

The best thing was after I hung up I got another call to do a closing for the same time and this company pays on the 4th day after closing and pays well.

Just did the same thing today but with a SS

Low Payer/Slow Payer - told her to remove me from her database...just don't pay enough to justify the chase...
